1. Offer and deadline
The PINKTOBER promotion is provided by Leogacy International FZE (“Leogacy”, “we”, “us”) for women entrepreneurs and authorised representatives of women-owned businesses. Claims must be submitted by 28 October 2026 at 11:59 p.m. UAE time (UTC+4). This is a claim deadline, not a delivery deadline. One redemption is permitted per business. The coupon has no cash value and cannot be transferred, combined with other promotions or applied to existing orders unless agreed in writing.
2. What the coupon covers
Choose one eligible service: Basic Website + 3D Chatbot, Festive Promotional Landing Page, or 20-Second Promotional Video. Applying PINKTOBER reduces the design, development or production fee for the agreed promotional scope to AED 0. It does not cover every service, operating expense or future change. No undisclosed charge will be imposed as a condition of receiving an accepted promotional scope.
3. Project confirmation and scope
A form submission is a request, not automatic project acceptance. Before work begins, Leogacy will confirm eligibility, deliverables, page or section limits, chatbot capabilities, video format, revision allowance, required materials, estimated delivery and all excluded costs in writing. You must accept that confirmation before work starts. Portfolio examples do not promise identical features or production value. Requests may be declined before acceptance for duplication, fraud, unlawful content or technical unsuitability. Additional paid work requires your written approval.
4. Domain and hosting costs
Domain registration, renewal, hosting, server resources, business email and ongoing deployment management are excluded unless expressly included in writing. You are responsible for agreed charges and renewals. Where practicable, the domain should be registered in your own name or business account. Assistance with DNS configuration does not transfer domain ownership to Leogacy. Domain expiry or unauthorised configuration changes may interrupt service.
5. Code storage and Leogacy infrastructure
Source code will be stored and managed on Leogacy-controlled servers or repositories. Source-code storage is distinct from live website hosting and does not include indefinite operation of a live website. If the website runs on Leogacy infrastructure, the hosting fee, billing frequency, resource limits, renewals and cancellation arrangements will be disclosed and accepted separately before launch. You remain responsible for those agreed hosting costs. External deployment, server access and migration require a separate written agreement and technical assessment.
6. Ownership, source code and handover
You retain ownership of materials you supply, subject to third-party rights. Leogacy retains its pre-existing code, reusable components, templates, tools and methods. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences. The offer includes permission to use the completed deliverable for the agreed business purpose; it does not automatically transfer source-code ownership, repository access, server administration access, editable project files or rights to resell underlying code. Any assignment, source-code delivery or migration must be expressly agreed before acceptance, including charges and licensing restrictions. Your ownership of supplied content is not conditional on purchasing a code handover.
7. Website and landing-page exclusions
Unless expressly included, the offer excludes copywriting, translation, branding, photography, paid assets, premium plugins, e-commerce, payment gateways, customer accounts, databases, dashboards, booking systems, CRM connections, business automations and custom integrations. It also excludes ongoing SEO, advertising, analytics management, legal policy drafting and accessibility certification. A promotional landing page is a single page for the agreed campaign, not a complete multi-page website.
8. Chatbot functionality and usage
“3D Chatbot” means the interface and functionality described in your project confirmation. The 3D chatbot engine, its codebase and proprietary assets belong to Leogacy and are not included in any source-code or project handover. Customers receive permission to use the chatbot only as part of the agreed Leogacy-managed service, subject to applicable third-party licences. The engine, source code, proprietary models, animations, components and supporting assets will not be shared, transferred or made available for download. A separately agreed website source-code handover does not include the proprietary 3D chatbot engine or its assets unless Leogacy expressly grants a separate written licence. It does not automatically include a trained AI agent, voice calls, WhatsApp integration, bookings, payments or automations. API, AI model, database and other third-party subscription or usage charges are excluded unless included with explicit limits. A visual demo does not imply unlimited live AI service. AI responses may be inaccurate and require appropriate human oversight.
9. Video deliverable and Instagram condition
The video option covers one video of up to 20 seconds in the agreed format and production approach. Filming, actors, paid voice talent, licensed music, additional languages or aspect ratios, raw footage and editable files are excluded unless agreed. To redeem this option, you must publish the completed video on your business Instagram account and tag @leogacy.ai. The posting deadline and any further publication requirements will be disclosed before acceptance. Leogacy will not automatically bill an undiscounted fee for failure to post; any financial consequence requires a separate, explicit agreement in advance. You must approve business claims and confirm rights to supplied assets.
10. Customer materials and approvals
Provide accurate business information, approved copy, suitable images, branding and necessary permissions promptly. You must have authority to use supplied materials and must not request unlawful or misleading content. Check all names, prices, claims, contact details and spelling before approving publication. Delayed materials or feedback may move delivery estimates. Share account access securely and only to the extent required.
11. Revisions and future changes
The number and nature of included revision rounds will be stated in your project confirmation. Revisions must remain within the approved brief. A new concept, redesign, extra pages, new features, changed video scripts or substantial changes to approved work are additional scope. Changes after final approval, content updates and future modifications are your responsibility to arrange and fund. Leogacy will quote for additional work and obtain approval before proceeding. No unlimited revision entitlement is included.
12. Delivery, review and defects
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Work starts after scope approval, receipt of required materials and any separately agreed payments. You may review the deliverable before launch or final delivery; silence alone is not approval. Report reproducible defects promptly through the project contact. Leogacy will correct confirmed faults in its delivered work that cause it to depart from the agreed scope, subject to applicable law. New preferences, new functionality and faults caused by third-party or customer changes are assessed separately. Any agreed support window does not remove mandatory rights or remedies.
13. Maintenance and optional monthly retainer
Ongoing maintenance and unlimited support are excluded. After delivery, you may request a separately quoted one-off change or an optional monthly support retainer. A retainer must identify its fee, included tasks or hours, response arrangements, billing, exclusions and cancellation terms. It does not include unlimited work or 24-hour support unless expressly stated. Hosting and support are separate unless combined in writing. No paid support subscription begins automatically.
14. Additional costs, VAT and renewals
Third-party licences, stock assets, software, AI/API usage and other excluded costs require disclosure and approval before being incurred on your behalf. Quotes will identify VAT treatment and recurring billing terms where applicable. Third-party prices may change according to provider terms; Leogacy-managed price changes will be notified under the accepted service agreement. The coupon does not reimburse independently purchased services or third-party expenses.
15. Inactivity, cancellation and refunds
If required materials or feedback remain outstanding, we may pause work after notice and explain the effect on scheduling. Any administrative closure or restart conditions will be communicated before they apply; restart charges require approval. You may cancel in writing. No cash refund is payable for the coupon-discounted portion because no payment was collected for it. Refunds for separately paid work will account for work performed, authorised costs and applicable law. Any non-refundable third-party commitment must be disclosed before authorisation.
16. Hosting suspension, termination and export
Any paid hosting service is governed by its accepted hosting agreement. Except where urgent action is required for security or unlawful use, suspension for non-payment will follow written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. For ordinary termination, Leogacy will explain available customer-content export or migration options, charges and retention deadlines in advance. Content export does not automatically include source-code transfer or third-party licences. No indefinite backup or data-retention promise is included unless agreed.
17. Performance and third-party dependencies
We do not guarantee sales, enquiries, follower growth, search rankings, advertising returns or uninterrupted availability. Third-party outages and platform changes can affect functionality. Adaptation work outside the agreed scope may require a new quote. These limitations do not remove our responsibility to perform the agreed service with reasonable care and skill or meet obligations imposed by law.
18. Privacy and portfolio permission
Claim and project information will be used to assess your request, communicate with you and deliver the agreed service in accordance with Leogacy’s applicable privacy notice. A claim is not automatic consent to unrelated marketing. Portfolio use of your identity, logo, testimonial or project requires separate permission. The video posting condition does not itself grant unrestricted reuse rights to Leogacy. Data-processing responsibilities for website visitors and connected providers will be agreed where relevant before launch.
19. Changes to the promotion
We may change or withdraw the promotion for future applications. Changes will not retrospectively remove an accepted project’s benefits or introduce charges without agreement. The terms and written project confirmation accepted for your project govern that project. Mandatory legal rights take precedence over conflicting wording.
20. Questions, complaints and applicable law
Contact Leogacy through the website contact channel or your written project-confirmation contact, stating your name, project reference and concern. We will work toward a reasonable resolution. Applicable UAE law governs these terms, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and consumer protections. Nothing here prevents a lawful complaint to a competent authority or excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remaining terms.
Before you claim
By actively accepting these terms in the claim form, you acknowledge the coupon’s scope and exclusions. A project begins only after you accept the written project confirmation and any separately disclosed costs. Marketing consent, where requested, is separate and optional.
